Remarks
This interface adds no members of its own; it merely unifies the date and time interfaces. The inherited members are Day, Month, Year (from ISystemTimeWithDate), Hour, Minute, Second (from ISystemTimeWithTime), and JulianDayNumber (from ISystemTime).
